Elaborated only with the best Spanish  green olives makes it great as an appetiser with our delicious Extra Virgin Olive oil bread crackers as a dip,  but it is also a versatile ingredient in its own right. 

Storage:  Store in a cool dry place.  Once opened, keep it refrigerated and consume within 4 days.
